Referral programme terms

The referred friend must be a new Element customer placing their first order of £14.99 or more. The £5 welcome discount applies once per customer and cannot be combined with other codes or the subscription discount.
£5 referrer credit is issued as Element store credit after the friend's first order has shipped and passed our returns window checks. Store credit applies automatically at checkout and expires 6 months after issue.
Fold members receive £10 credit per successful referral instead of £5.
Three successful referrals earn a free bundle (one per customer per quarter). Maximum 10 referral rewards per customer per quarter.
Self-referrals (same person, household, address or payment method) are void. Element may withhold rewards where fraud or abuse is suspected and may amend or end the programme at any time with reasonable notice. Credits have no cash value.
