FOUNDING 500
The first 500 to subscribe — or reach two orders — are numbered and named, with a printed founding card in the box. When they're gone, they're gone.
INSIDER & ADVOCATE
Hold an active subscription (or 3+ orders) and take part — vote, post, refer — to become an Insider. Two successful referrals make you an Advocate: double rewards, first to everything.

The Fold — house rules
- Membership is earned, not bought: one order plus an Element account with email opt-in makes you a Member. Founding 500 status goes to the first 500 subscribers or two-order customers and is never re-issued.
- Member benefits (free subscriber delivery, early access, votes, referral ×2, gifts) apply while your account is in good standing; subscription-linked perks apply while a subscription is active.
- Votes are advisory and guide what Element builds; scent votes use fragrance profiles, not brand names. One vote per member per poll.
- Element may evolve, pause or close benefits with reasonable notice. Benefits have no cash value and are personal to your account. Abuse (including referral fraud) ends membership.
- Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy; unsubscribe anytime — you keep your order history, you leave The Fold.
