What's actually inside Element

No mystery, no 40-ingredient wall of jargon. Here's what goes into your laundry — and what we deliberately leave out.

The short version

Cleans like it means it. Concentrated surfactants and enzymes to lift dirt, sweat and everyday stains.

Smells like a fragrance, not a detergent. Every scent is built by perfumers, with top, heart and base notes.

Considered, not loaded. Ingredients disclosed in full, with the harsh extras deliberately left out.

No bulky bottles. Pre-measured formats, less packaging, no mess.

What we put in

Two simple formats, disclosed in line with UK detergent regulations:

Detergent sheets
Anionic & non-ionic surfactants · enzymes · polyvinyl alcohol (water-soluble film) · sodium citrate · fragrance.

Fabric softener
<5% cationic surfactants (softening agents) · fragrance microcapsules for scent that lasts.

What we leave out

And we never test on animals — ever.

About the fragrance

Our scents are developed with professional fragrance houses to International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards for household products — the same benchmark used across the perfume industry.

Like fine perfumes and natural essential oils, fragrance can contain naturally occurring allergens. We're always happy to share the specific allergen list for any scent — just ask. And if your skin is on the sensitive side, we'd suggest washing a small load first.
